What is the job role?
We are searching for a Site Operative to join our team at Gael Force Fusion Limited, based at customer sites.
This role will involve frequent working away from home for a period of up to three weeks at a time on a 3 weeks on, 2 weeks off rotation.
What we’re looking for:
1. To support and assist Fabricators as and where required under appropriate instruction and supervision.
2. To carry out additional duties including operation of general machinery, cleaning, packing, and any other duties as requested by your line manager.
3. To support and assist the company in all areas of development and customer service.
4. To work effectively as part of the team in the pre-fabrication and assembly of fish cages, pontoons, and other products in factory and site work locations.
5. To cooperate with and meet any statutory duties placed upon you by the company under Health and Safety regulations and legislation.
6. To maintain at all times a high level of housekeeping and report any problem areas to your line manager.
7. Work to all relevant company policies and procedures.
