Employment Solicitor - Manchester An excellent opportunity has arisen for an Employment Solicitor to join a highly regarded and growing Employment team based in Manchester. Title: Associate / Senior Associate Salary: £60,000 - £75,000 Location: Manchester ( hybrid) Experience: 1-6 PQE (Associate / Senior Associate) The team is recognised in Chambers & Partners and the Legal 500 and advises a wide range of clients, including national and international businesses across a broad range of sectors. More about this opportunity You will handle a varied and interesting caseload, working closely with Partners and colleagues on both advisory and contentious matters. Typical work will include: Advising employers on the full range of respondent employment law issues, including disciplinaries, grievances, discrimination, redundancy and restructuring Acting on Employment Tribunal matters, including advocacy, mediations and settlement negotiations Drafting and advising on contracts of employment, policies, staff handbooks and settlement agreements Supporting corporate transactions, TUPE transfers, outsourcing arrangements and restructurings Managing your own caseload efficiently while contributing to the wider team's success Building strong client relationships and delivering practical, commercial advice Participating in business development, networking and client training initiatives Strong employment law experience required You will be a qualified solicitor in England & Wales with experience in employment law, likely to be within the 1-6 years' PQE range (although candidates outside this range will be considered).
