What You'll Be Doing as a Production Operative
* Producing bespoke blocks and components to customer specifications
* Transferring wet clay onto stillages
* Building accurate brick firing stacks
* Sorting fired bricks into customer-ready packs
* Maintaining excellent health & safety and housekeeping standards

Working Hours
Training Period weeks)
* Mon-Thu: 7:30am - 4:00pm
* Fri: 7:30am - 3:00pm
Post‑Training Shift Pattern (Days Only)
* 5 on / 5 off: 5:00am - 5:00pm
* 4 on / 4 off: 5:00am - 5:00pm
