Salary: £20.80 Per Hour
Shift Type: Nights
Contracted hours: 40.25


Registered Mental Health Nurse RMN

* £20.80 per hour
* Contracted to 40.25 hours per week
* Paid NMC registration
* Pension, paid DBS, uniform provided
* Onsite parking
* 5.6 weeks annual leave (based on a full time contract)


Role Overview

As a Registered Mental Health Nurse, this role plays a central part in delivering high quality, person centred care within a specialist complex care environment. The position combines clinical responsibility with leadership, supporting both residents and the wider team to ensure safe, consistent and compassionate care.

Working closely with residents, families and healthcare professionals, the role supports the development and delivery of personalised care plans that reflect complex mental health and clinical needs. Clinical oversight is maintained through accurate documentation, regular observations and responsive care.

The role includes leading shifts, supporting team members and ensuring effective communication through clear handovers and daily coordination. Medication is administered safely in line with protocols, while a strong focus is maintained on managing complex behaviours, promoting stability and supporting residents’ independence.

This is a role where clinical expertise, compassion and leadership come together to deliver high quality care within a structured and specialist setting.


What We Are Looking For

* Registered Mental Health Nurse RMN with an active NMC PIN
* Experience within complex care or mental health settings is highly desirable
* A calm, compassionate and person centred approach
* Strong clinical judgement and confidence in managing complex needs
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills
