About the role We are looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented professional to provide accurate, timely, and professional operational support to our Global Wholesale team. In this role, you will enable the Wholesale Operations Managers (US & ROW) to deliver end-to-end operational excellence across all markets. You will play a key part in executing core activities across order management, go-to-market setup, partner operations, and data accuracy—ensuring strong process discipline, consistent service delivery, and revenue protection. This position is essential in supporting the scale and efficiency of global wholesale operations, driving workload execution, maintaining data integrity, and enabling seamless cross-functional collaboration. Execute order processing, maintenance and updates in line with direction from the Wholesale Operations Managers, ensuring full accuracy and data integrity across the orderbook. Implement order amendments, cancellations and updates following manager approval, ensuring all changes are accurately reflected and communicated. Support seasonal go-to-market readiness across US and ROW markets, executing setup across platforms such as NuORDER alongside the Wholesale Operations Managers. Maintain tracking of debit notes, chargebacks and disputes, supporting investigation and escalating issues to the relevant Wholesale Operations Manager. Prepare and maintain accurate operational data and reporting inputs to support performance tracking. Maintain and update SOPs and process documentation, ensuring alignment with US and ROW operational requirements. Proactively identify inefficiencies or recurring issues and raise improvement opportunities. Collaborate closely with Sales, Logistics/DC, Finance, Buying and Merchandising teams. Market-Specific Operational Support Support US operations with EDI and vendor portal activities including data validation, document tracking and compliance checks under guidance of the US Wholesale Operations Manager. Support ROW operations with distributor coordination, documentation and region-specific order requirements under guidance of the ROW Wholesale Operations Manager. Assist in maintaining compliance with retailer and regional requirements across both US and ROW markets.
