Operations Director – Supported Living

Salary range from £80,000 - £90,000
Full Time: Hybrid (3–4 days on-site)
Remit:
Compass Associates are partnering with well-established, values-led care provider in in their search for an experienced and strategic Operations Director to lead service delivery across a diverse and growing portfolio based in Essex. In this role you will assume responsibility for the day to day operations ensuring compliance is maintained across the portfolio alongside meeting other commercial objectives. The portfolio itself supports people with learning disabilities, autism, and mental health needs.
This is a hands-on, visible role that combines operational leadership with a values-driven mindset.
You will need -
* Strong operational experience within the social care space.
* Background in supporting people with learning disabilities, autism, and mental health needs.
* A track record of leading change, innovation, and service improvement
* A people-centred leadership style who enjoys being on the road vesting sites
* Strong commercial and strategic acumen
Location:
Primarily based in Essex, with regional travel required across county. This role can be commutable from London and Suffolk.
Interview Process:
First stage – Informal teams call with the HR Director and Managing Director
Second Stage – Formal interview with the Managing Director (Could involve presentation)
