Working across multiple departments, you'll play a key role in keeping manufacturing processes on track and driving ongoing improvements. The Role: Carry out inspections and audits on components and finished products to verify quality and conformity. Support new product introductions and component validation. Identify non-conformances, raise reports, and assist with corrective actions. Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with company standards and customer requirements. Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to improve performance, reliability, and efficiency. Contribute to internal reporting on quality trends and performance metrics. About You: You'll bring a solid understanding of quality principles, ideally gained in a manufacturing or engineering environment. Highly organised and methodical, you'll be confident analysing data, spotting patterns, and taking initiative to improve processes. You'll also have excellent communication skills and a proactive, problem-solving approach. Skills & Experience: Previous experience in a quality, inspection, or compliance role within manufacturing. Strong organisational and reporting abilities. Good IT literacy (Microsoft Office – Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.). Internal auditing experience or ISO9001 knowledge would be advantageous.
