About the role
As a Shift Leader, you will collaborate with the Branch Leadership Team and colleagues to support the Area Manager in ensuring that your branch is Health, Safe, and Legal at all times, while maximizing efficiency, availability, and delivering excellent customer service.

You will be responsible for
* Opening, closing, and managing the operational running of the branch, making decisions prioritizing health and safety, especially in the absence of the Area Manager.

You will need
* Excellent communication skills, with experience supervising or managing a team.
* A proven track record of coaching, motivating, guiding, and holding people accountable to deliver excellent service.
* Flexibility, adaptability, and strong problem-solving skills.
* Practical experience in retail or wholesale trade.
