Oxford PharmaGenesis is looking for a talented and motivated Strategic Design Consultant.
You will work with our Growth & Innovation Team Director to provide key strategic support across our company. You will be involved in planning for and responding to specific business development opportunities across our client delivery teams on a project-by-project basis.
You will design effective and innovative solutions to client challenges by taking a strategic approach to generate valuable insights, using our company’s capabilities and services.
We are looking for someone who can join us in either of our Oxford offices or in our London office at least 2 days each week.
We are looking for a Strategic Design Consultant who has:
* a proactive, pragmatic and consultative approach
* excellent facilitation skills, and someone who is an approachable and dependable team player
* strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* experience in client services or strategic partnerships gained working in a creative, digital or integrated agency
* an awareness of the healthcare sector.
