Your new role
* Directing and managing the flow of vehicles and pedestrians on site.
* Ensuring the safety of all site personnel and visitors.
* Communicating effectively with drivers and site staff.
* Monitoring and controlling access to the site.
* Reporting any safety hazards or incidents to the site manager.
* Adhering to all health and safety regulations.
What you'll need to succeed
* Valid NPORS Traffic Marshall certification.
* Previous experience in a similar role.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
* High attention to detail and safety awareness.
* Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends if required.
