Job Description
The Chelsea Harbour Hotel is seeking an experienced Painter & Decorator to maintain the decorative order and appearance of guest bedrooms, corridors restaurant, bar and all other public areas to the highest standards.
As Painter Decorator your key responsibilities include:
* Carry out Planned Preventative decorating activities in accordance with the company and departmental standards to all areas of the hotel. This will include guest bedrooms, public areas, and all back of house areas.
* To carry out any necessary minor repairs in a professional manner. To touch up work and to décor as required.
* To carry out regular floor walks to inspect all wall coverings and paintwork to guest corridors and public areas including back of house.
* To carry out regular inspections of guest bedrooms for damaged/dirty paintwork and wall coverings, which will form part of a structured planned maintenance regime.
* Be conversant with all maintenance department policies and procedures.
* Participate within the engineering shift rota pattern as and when required.
