Job Description:
MCS Group is supporting a large public sector organization based in Belfast in recruiting a HR Business Coordinator. The role involves:
1. Supporting the Human Resource Manager(s) in managing employee relations issues and ensuring compliance with policies and legislation.
2. Acting as investigating officer for grievances and disciplinary matters.
3. Managing human resource records related to recruitment, discipline, sickness absence, overtime, and leave, and developing reports for management.
4. Monitoring and auditing departmental HR performance data, including attendance and agency work.
5. Participating in absence management, disciplinary, and grievance cases.
6. Assisting in managing sickness absence and implementing related policies.
Candidate Profile:
Essential qualifications and experience include:
* A 3rd-level qualification in Business Studies, Human Resource Management, or a related field.
* Experience working within a unionized organization.
* Advice and guidance experience in key HR subjects.
