JOBDESCRIPTION:
Toprovideeffectivesupportservicestothefirm.Dutieswillinclude:
1. HavedaytodaymanagementofClientfilescoveringawiderangeofmattersincludingleaseholdacquisitionsforgreenfieldsites,rooftopsites,in-buildsites;deedsofvariation;agreementsforsurrender;deedsofsurrender;agreements;assignments;licencestooccupy;freeholdacquisitions;supplementalleases;tenanciesatwill;breaknotices;rentdepositdeeds;deedsofeasement;deedsofcovenant;andcustomerlicences.
2. Draftdocumentationfromtemplatesandancillaryclientinstructionsandthereafternegotiatecommercialterms.
3. Reviewandconsiderfirstdraftdocumentationbasedonheadsoftermsproducedbyotherlawyersandthereafternegotiatecommercialtermsandlegalwordingwithotherlawyersworkin...
