They are now seeking a Deputy Manager to support the running of a 4-bed EBD home in East London (IG8). The Role: As Deputy Manager, you will work closely with the Registered Manager to ensure the home operates to a high standard, in line with Ofsted regulations. You will play a key role in leading the team, maintaining compliance, and supporting young people to achieve positive outcomes. What’s on offer: Salary between £40,000 – £45,000 Twice yearly bonus (up to £3,600) 32 days annual leave 3% pension contribution No sleep-ins required A mix of shift work (to be confirmed), including every other weekend Structured “admin days” (9am–5pm) About you: Experience within children’s residential care (EBD) Level 3 in health & social care (Children & Young People) Strong understanding of Ofsted regulations Experience supporting or leading teams Passion for delivering high-quality, trauma-informed care This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to join a forward-thinking organisation with a strong ethical foundation and clear growth.
