Responsibilities
* Manage incoming calls with professional phone etiquette, directing enquiries appropriately
* Organise and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical, ensuring easy retrieval of documents
* Perform data entry tasks accurately using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and QuickBooks where applicable
* Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and maintaining calendars for team members
* Prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations as required
* Handle general administrative duties such as photocopying, scanning, and distributing mail
* Maintain a tidy and efficient office environment to support daily operations
Qualifications
* Proven office experience or administrative experience is preferred
* Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
* Demonstrated phone etiquette and professional communication skills
* Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently as well as part of a team
