We're a VC backed, disruptive technology business with a purpose to make the world fairer and more productive. We are doing this by making assets more transparent, trustworthy and accessible - starting with real estate. Incomes have stagnated and we believe by creating greater access to high value assets like real estate we believe we can be part of solving some of the wealth inequality. Our investment platform is focussed on one of the largest asset classes in the world - property. We are gaining significant momentum with our portfolio of products focused on the UK property investment market.
Our CEO and Founder Moubin previously worked at McKinsey and private equity firm APAX. Check out a podcast with Moubin speaking with our lead investors QED about how we're disrupting asset ownership.
Our four values are the foundation of our culture and shape our behaviours - no BS, pursuit of excellence, feedback obsession and healthy ego. We have built a high performing organisation where intrinsic drive fuels GetGrounders to build a world class investment experience for our users.
In numbers:
* 85+ GetGrounders (ex Google, Meta, Deliveroo, Startups)
* £1.5Bn+ of assets being added onto our platform annually
* 30,000+ users across 70 countries, with ~10% market share
* Global hubs (UK, Dubai, Hong Kong, Singapore, Philippines)
LeadProduct Designer, London, Waterloo (Hybrid, 4 days in-office - Wednesday is our set work from home day, though you can come in on Wednesday too if you wish)
We’re looking for a Lead Product Designer who thrives in ambiguity, moves with purpose, and helps teams make smarter, faster decisions through design.
This role is about shaping direction, not just features. You’ll lead discovery with PMs and Engineers, turn early signals into sharp hypotheses, and guide teams through uncertainty with structure and clarity. Whether you’re designing a system, a journey, or a prototype, your work should unlock movement, not create friction.
You’ll be part of a high-trust, fast-moving product org where autonomy is expected. You’ll influence how design shows up — across product thinking, system design, and the way teams work.
What you’ll be doing:
* Lead discovery with Product and Engineers by shaping what we’re solving, why it matters, and how we’ll approach it
* Use research when it brings the most value, whether through direct user input, behavioural data, or quick validation
* Guide early thinking and team alignment using tools like Figma, Bolt, or Lovable
* Identify and apply AI tools or workflows that help us explore faster, think better, or deliver more effectively
* Design flows and systems that scale with confidence, connecting surface-level UX to deeper structure
* Help teams balance short-term delivery with long-term clarity and simplicity
* Improve how we use the design system by keeping it clean, relevant, and easy to apply
* Influence how design fits into the wider product organisation by contributing to feedback, rituals, tooling, and collaboration across teams
You’ll thrive here if…
You’re a natural multiplier. You bring clarity to chaos, and energy to decisions. You’re not just comfortable in ambiguity — you seek it, because it’s where the impact happens.
You think in systems, shape early strategy through design, and lead by doing. You help teams align fast, make smart trade-offs, and stay focused on user outcomes. You’re direct, thoughtful, and intentional with your craft and your communication.
You’re excited to explore how AI and modern tooling can push design further. You’re pragmatic about what’s “good enough” and principled about what matters.
This probably isn’t for you if you rely on top-down structure, prefer visual execution over product thinking, or avoid ownership when things are unclear
