About the Role
Join a busy organisation and a multifaceted housing services team dedicated to helping those in housing need. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with experience in the housing sector, preferably with homelessness experience. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, empathetic, and passionate about improving outcomes for customers. We seek a proactive individual driven to prevent and relieve homelessness.
What We Need From You
We are looking for someone who ideally has experience working at a professional level, demonstrating knowledge of the Housing & Homelessness Act, and capable of providing a housing options service. Strong communication and customer-care skills, flexibility, and teamwork are essential. We welcome applications from candidates with transferable skills and experience aligned with the role's requirements.
