Working Pattern: Permanent | Full Time | Flexible First options available The role As Programme Delivery Lead, you'll be responsible for the successful coordination and delivery of key process and change initiatives across Finance. Reporting to the Head of Finance Process & Change, you'll ensure effective delivery across multiple workstreams, lead the delivery team, and work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to drive timely execution and adoption of process and system changes. This role is ideal for someone with strong programme management experience, excellent communication skills, and a passion for improving how finance operates at scale. You will · Lead and execute the programme, translating strategic priorities into a structured portfolio of initiatives. · Plan, direct, and deliver programme initiatives, managing implementation phases, and ensuring alignment with business benefits. · Coordinate programme-level delivery across complex landscapes, focusing on governance, planning, and financial management. · Embed change management practices across initiatives to ensure stakeholders feel engaged, informed and ready to embrace new ways of working. · Manage stakeholders by communicating progress, risks, and decisions clearly, ensuring alignment across the programme. You have · Proven experience in programme delivery, overseeing multiple interdependent projects and leading cross-functional, multi-disciplinary teams. · Relevant programme or project management qualifications (e.g., MSP, PRINCE2, Agile PM) and/or process improvement certifications (e.g., Lean Six Sigma). · A strong background in stakeholder management with the ability to influence senior levels. · Expertise in strategic planning, programme budgeting, and portfolio-level resource management with a proven understanding of financial governance, project controls, and risk management. · Advanced user of MS Office, including PowerPoint, Excel, and O365 collaboration tools (e.g., Teams, SharePoint, Planner).
