Job Description
The key responsibilities of this Accountant role will include:
3. Complete the monthly cycle of the Accounts Payable /receivable including the month end process.
4. Balance sheet and Bank reconciliations.
5. Cashflow reporting.
6. Take the initiative in implementing new processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy within the Finance Department .
7. Demonstrate the ability to work and collaborate effectively with other departments.
8. Process invoices whilst maintaining a high level of accuracy & resolving any queries or discrepancies that may arise.
9. Process all employee expense claims & credit card statements.
10. Payroll liaison and administration.
11. Reconciling supplier statements & resolving old historical discrepancies.
12. Manage one entity & prepare the payment runs for authorisation.
13. Respond to & completing any Accounts queries.
14. Audit liaison for payables and receivables queries.
The Successful Applicant
The successful Accountant should have:
15. Minimum of 5 years experience in Accountancy with a strong knowledge of Quickbooks
16. Excellent organisational & time management skills to ensure deadlines are achieved.
17. Excellent communication skills.
18. Ability to manage the tasks & collaborate effectively across departments.
19. Proven ability to adapt to changing systems, processes & drive successful implementation of new initiatives.
20. Ability to work Monday to Friday 9am-6pm in our office in Mayfair London.
21. Strong analytical skills & the ability to think logically to identify & rectify any issues within the Accounts process.
22. Experience working with multiple currencies.
