Base pay range
* Basic salary: £24,250 per annum
* Expected OTE: £27,300 per annum with bonus and commission schemes

Responsibilities
* Indoor Sales Support Consultant – generate sales opportunities for field sales colleagues via inbound and outbound calls
* Support servicing washroom products in the assigned geographical area and assist with hazardous and toxic waste where applicable
Programme structure
* Weeks 1-6: Initial Training – attend the World Class Sales Academy, shadow operational and sales staff, service customers in a geographical area, support washroom products, and gain exposure to various areas of the business
* Weeks 6-52: Gain exposure to multiple sales-based roles across the business to understand customers and their needs; complete the Intro to Sales Development Programme
* 12+ months: Choose area to specialise, participate in local projects, and complete the Leadership Development Programme
Career progression
* Potential progression paths include: Field Account Manager; Service Team Leader; Indoor Sales/Customer Relations Team Leader; Regional Account Manager
* 24+ months: Eligible for more senior positions such as Sales Team Leader, Key Account Manager, Branch Manager, or roles in Area Central Support
Requirements
* A minimum 2.2 degree (BSc/BA) in any subject (business-related, transport, logistics, supply chain or management disciplines preferred but not required)
* A full UK driving licence or working towards one
* Target-driven, ambitious and self-motivated
* Comfortable working in the field and dealing with customers face-to-face
* A desire to work with people and provide excellent customer service
* A willingness to work hard and have fun
