Summary
If you’re brilliant at organisation and creating order, and you love working with people, as well upholding high standards in service and presentation, then this could be the role for you.
We’re looking for a Business Services Co-ordinator to join us at the North Warwickshire Portfolio of properties, Charlecote Park, Baddesley Clinton and Packwood. You will work closely with your business services colleague within the portfolio of properties, with your focus property being Charlecote Park. You will need to travel between all properties when you are required and be flexible to suit business need. Internally, this role is known as a Business Services Co-Ordinator (place based).
Salary: £27,612 per year
Contract Duration: Permanent
Working Hours 37.5 hours per week
Working Pattern: You'll be required to work regular weekends, bank holidays, and peak business times.
What it's like to work here
Reporting directly to the Property Operations Manager you’ll be part of a friendly high functioning team of colleagues providing business services support to the portfolio team, assisting the Property Operations Manager, and supporting SLT with facilitation and minute taking. It’s an exciting time to join the team, as we merge into a new portfolio and streamline our new ways of working. Our friendly, outgoing teams are passionate about conserving the special places in our care, putting visitors first in all we do, ensuring exceptional service both internally and externally with our stakeholders and partners.
What you'll be doing
Working as part of the portfolio team, primarily based at Charlecote Park, you’ll often be the first point of contact at the office, via phone and email. You’ll also be responsible for accurate record keeping and data management, financial management and reporting: including banking, petty cash, and supporting the team with compliance tasks and administration. You’ll be based at Charlecote Park but also support the wider portfolio.
You’ll be a champion of best practice when it comes to business services and will confidently challenge process and procedures when change is needed to adapt and reshape to our new ways of working and newly structured portfolio.
You'll perform the duty role of Site Lead, and you will need to get stuck in and help wherever you’re needed, playing a lead role in keeping the whole property running smoothly, looking its best and delighting our visitors.
Who we're looking for
We'd love to hear from you if you’re:
1. experienced in giving business support, along with responsibility for facilities or office supervision
2. good at communicating, both in writing and speaking
3. able to work as part of a team, but also on your own initiative
4. flexible and focused on people
5. happy to multi-task and manage your own priorities and workload
