* The Sicilian Style Garden Room – perfect for private dining and intimate gatherings.
* The Warehouse Bar – equipped with 5 TV screens and ideal for larger events, parties and sports events.
We're looking for an experienced and dynamic Restaurant & Events Manager to join our team and help us grow.
Your mission? To drive sales, fill seats, and ensure our private event spaces are fully booked, all while delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
* Sales & Growth: Develop and implement strategies to increase footfall, drive sales, and maximize revenue across dine-in, takeaway, and event bookings.
* Event Management: Oversee and coordinate private functions in our Sicilian Garden Room and Warehouse Bar, ensuring flawless execution from planning to cleanup.
* Customer Experience: Ensure every guest has a memorable experience, whether dining in, collecting a takeaway, or attending an event. Address any concerns promptly and professionally.
* Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and manage a team of servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff. Foster a positive and motivated work environment.
* Operations: Manage stock, inventory, and budgets for both the restaurant and event spaces. Create staff schedules to ensure smooth operations during peak times.
* Collaboration: Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure timely service and with event planners to deliver tailored experiences for private functions.
* Marketing Support: Collaborate with the marketing team to promote events, special offers, and seasonal specials that drive customer footfall and engagement.
Requirements
* Proven experience in restaurant management, with a strong focus on driving sales and managing private events.
* Exceptional organisational and multitasking skills to handle dine-in services, takeout, and event coordination simultaneously.
* Strong leadership and communication skills to inspire and manage a team.
* A passion for hospitality, with a customer-first mindset and a knack for problem-solving.
* Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a high level of service.
* Experience managing budgets, financial reports, and inventory.

Pay: £30,000.00-£35,500.00 per year
