Customer Advisor

Are you a strong communicator with a background in customer service? Do you enjoy working with people and solving problems in a fast-paced environment?
We’re looking for a Customer Advisor to join our Daventry site. You’ll be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring queries are resolved quickly and service levels are maintained.

What you’ll do on a typical day:
* Handle customer enquiries via phone, email and internal systems.
* Support order tracking, returns and service issues.
* Liaise with warehouse and transport colleagues to resolve queries.
* Provide updates and clear communication to customers.
* Maintain accurate records in line with company processes.
What you need to succeed at XPO:
* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Previous customer service experience, prefferably in automotive, industrial or retail.
* Good problem-solving skills with a proactive approach.
* Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
