Job Description:
We're looking for an Electro-Mechanical Engineer to join their experienced and growing team. This is role involves the installation, wiring, and commissioning of machinery control systems at client facilities throughout the UK, you could be away for 2-3 nights at a time.
Key Responsibilities:
* Electrical wiring and installation of control panels and associated hardware.
* Testing, fault finding, and commissioning of control systems.
* Installing machinery control systems across varied industrial environments.
* Assisting with or performing the mechanical fitting of machine guards and enclosures.
* Working in accordance with all relevant health and safety regulations.
* Liaising with clients and internal teams to ensure project delivery standards are met.
Candidate Requirements:
* City & Guilds qualified (preferably apprentice trained)
* Experience in control panel wiring, electrical installation, and commissioning.
* Willing and able to work away from home 2–3 nights per week when required.
* Strong communication skills and a team player attitude.
* Full UK Driving Licence.
Desirable:
* Background in Medical, Food & Drink, or Nuclear sectors.
* Familiarity with mechanical fitting tasks.
* ECS/CSCS card or equivalent industry accreditation.
