Job Description Payroll and Accounts Co-Ordinator We, as specialist recruitment consultants, are excited to be partnering with our client to find a talented Payroll and Accounts Co-Ordinator to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to a forward-thinking and dynamic organisation. This varied role will involve supporting finance functions as well as providing administrative support to the sales team. You will be a key point of contact, responding to requests and providing essential support across the business. Monday to Friday working hours, with part-time options available. Hybrid working available once fully trained. Responsibilities Processing monthly payroll with accuracy and efficiency. General bookkeeping and invoice processing. Credit control and banking/payment runs. Execute tasks with precision and attention to detail. Contribute to the development and implementation of innovative solutions. Maintain professional and clear communication with clients and colleagues. Uphold company standards and adhere to established policies and procedures. Qualifications and Experience Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with Sage is essential Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional, positive attitude. Excellent ability to multi-task and manage a busy, time-sensitive workload. High attention to detail and accuracy in all financial and administrative tasks. Professional and approachable manner when interacting with clients via phone and email. Our client values close, long-term partnerships built on trust, reliability, and personal rapport.
