Associate Geo-Environmental Consultant
Location: Northamptonshire
Salary: £45,000-£60,000
An excellent opportunity has arisen for an Associate Geo-Environmental Consultant to join a well-established and growing environmental and engineering consultancy, supporting the delivery of complex land quality and remediation projects across the UK.

Leading and managing geo-environmental and contaminated land projects
Overseeing site investigations, risk assessments, and remediation strategies
Reviewing and signing off technical reports and deliverables
Providing technical guidance and mentorship to junior consultants
Liaising with clients, regulators, and stakeholders
Managing project budgets, timelines, and resources
Supporting business development activities, including tenders and client meetings
Ensuring compliance with environmental regulations and health & safety standardsWhat We're Looking For:
Extensive experience in geo-environmental consultancy or contaminated land
Degree in a relevant discipline (e.g. Geology, Environmental Science, Civil Engineering)
Chartered status or working towards (e.g. CGeol, CEnv, or similar)
Strong technical knowledge of contaminated land risk assessment and remediation
Proven experience managing projects and leading teams
Excellent report writing and communication skills
Strong understanding of UK environmental legislation and planning framework
Full UK driving licence
