In this newly created role you'll play a central role in helping Dream Car Giveaways make smarter, more effective marketing decisions through clear insight, robust performance measurement and strategic campaign direction. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, this role sits at the intersection of marketing analytics, lifecycle marketing and team leadership, ensuring that data is translated into actions that improve customer acquisition, activation, retention and overall commercial performance. This role is responsible for shaping how marketing performance is understood across channels, how opportunities are identified through reporting and forecasting, and how campaigns are optimised over time. By bringing together insight, experimentation and CRM-focused strategy, the role supports stronger decision-making within the marketing function and contributes to broader business growth through more effective, data-informed marketing outcomes. As part of a fast-moving consumer-facing prize draw business, this position has a direct impact on campaign efficiency, customer engagement and the frameworks used to guide future marketing investment. It also plays an important role in developing a performance-led culture within the team, helping Dream Car Giveaways continue to scale with confidence and clarity. What Your Day-to-Day Will Look Like Report on marketing performance across channels, covering campaign results, customer acquisition, activation, retention and overall effectiveness. Develop dashboards, reporting frameworks and forecasting models that give stakeholders clear visibility of KPIs and commercial outcomes. Validate tracking, attribution and data flows across marketing platforms to ensure reporting is accurate and reliable. Translate analysis into practical recommendations that inform campaign planning, audience targeting and budget decisions. Guide campaign strategy from concept through execution using performance data, testing insights and historical trends. Optimise lifecycle and CRM activity through structured experimentation, segmentation analysis and ongoing performance review. Leverage CRM and marketing platforms, including tools such as Bloomreach, to improve customer engagement and measurable growth outcomes. Manage and mentor a small marketing team responsible for campaign execution and CRM operations, providing direction and development support. Maintain marketing data processes that align with privacy requirements and high standards of data integrity, including GDPR considerations where applicable. What Success Looks Like First 30–60 Days Built a clear understanding of the existing marketing data landscape, reporting structures and campaign performance trends. Established strong working relationships with key stakeholders across marketing and CRM, creating confidence in your insight and recommendations. Started contributing actionable insights that help shape campaign decisions and short-term marketing priorities. First 12 Months Delivered reliable reporting and forecasting frameworks that are regularly used to inform senior management decision-making. Improved campaign performance through stronger attribution, better testing discipline and more targeted lifecycle marketing activity. Strengthened CRM outcomes by helping the team make more effective use of data, segmentation and optimisation practices. Established a more consistent, data-informed approach to marketing planning that supports customer growth and ticket-sales performance. Developed a capable, performance-focused team with clearer processes, stronger analytical confidence and sustainable ways of working. What You'll Be Able to Bring to the Role Demonstrated experience in marketing analytics, performance reporting and turning data into clear commercial insight. Strong knowledge of customer lifecycle marketing, behavioural segmentation and campaign performance measurement. Experience leading or mentoring marketing teams, with evidence of helping others improve delivery and analytical capability. Proven ability to build or work with dashboards, reporting frameworks and forecasting models that support business decisions. Hands-on familiarity with CRM and marketing automation platforms such as Bloomreach, Salesforce or HubSpot. Experience working in growth, performance or lifecycle marketing environments where optimisation and measurable outcomes are important. Confidence operating in fast-paced or scaling businesses, with the ability to balance strategic thinking and practical decision-making. Useful additional experience in regulated sectors such as iGaming, lottery or similarly compliance-aware environments. Salary Banding: £45,000 – £55,000 per year. Final offer will depend on experience, capability and alignment to the role.
