Main Responsibilities of a Business Development Manager
* Tasked with cultivating and finalising the full end-to-end sales cycle with fresh business prospects that meet customer needs while maintaining our clients service quality standards and adhering to target market sectors.
Qualifications and Skills
* Demonstrated sales/business development expertise from a property field.
* Proficiency in crafting top-tier sales documents.
* Track record of delivering compelling presentations at a high level.
* Experience in interacting with diverse stakeholders, including site staff, suppliers, and customers.
* Driven by targets and comfortable in a high-pressure sales environment.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Must be detail conscious and methodical in approach.
