Niyaa people are currently recruiting for 4 Senior Surveyors for our client based in South East London. our client are a multi-disciplinary consultancy that are looking for 4 Senior Surveyors to join their office, managing a sharp uptick in refurbishment and retrofit contracts.
Key responsibilities of the Senior Surveyor role:
Manage large scale JCT and NEC contracts
Liaise with end client, chairing meetings and maintain high levels of reporting
Ensure projects stay within set budgetary parameters
Essential Qualifications & Skills:
BSc (Hons) in Building Surveying
MRICS (desirable)
Demonstratable experience in client interaction
