We are looking for an exceptional individual to lead and manage supported living services in Giffnock and Thornliebank. .
This is a fantastic opportunity to provide leadership, oversight and direction to a dedicated team and work with the broader multi-disciplinary, multi-agency team to ensure support, protocols and systems are in place to allow the individuals to live a safe, full life in the community.
You will be overseeing the care and support delivered to 3 females. 2 who live in a shared house and 1 who lives in her own flat.
You should have experience of working with individuals with a variety of care needs such as moving and assisting, stressed and distressed behaviour and personal care.

Reporting to the Head of Operations, and in collaboration with your line manager - Operational Manager you will drive the development of the service, support transitions for people moving to their new home and ensure that the varying health and support needs of individuals are responded to.
You may not feel that you meet the essential criteria of the role, however we encourage you to apply if you have transferrable skills and experience gained in a different setting.
