Client Service Director (x2)
Location: North West or London (hybrid)
An established, leading global insurance broker is continuing to expand its corporate division, driven by strong financial performance and sustained growth across a number of specialist sectors. As part of this, two Client Service Director roles have been created to strengthen senior leadership across key regions – one in London, another in the North West UK
This is a broad, senior role combining leadership, client stewardship and growth activity. It offers genuine influence over both team and client outcomes.
The Opportunity
* Senior client leadership position with responsibility across team, clients and growth
* Build and lead a team of Corporate Account Directors / Client Executives
* Maintain meaningful involvement with key strategic clients and selected development activity
* Play a visible role in shaping the regional corporate proposition
* Join a business investing heavily in data, technology and modern distribution strategy
What the Role Involves
* Leading, mentoring and developing a team operating in the large corporate space
* Creating a high-performance, collaborative culture
* Supporting retention and growth across a portfolio of major corporate clients
* Acting as a senior point of contact on complex and high-value accounts
* Building and maintaining relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
* Identifying and converting development opportunities across existing and prospective clients
* Working closely with internal specialists and leadership teams
* Contributing to regional strategy and proposition development
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and grow a high-performing Client Executive team
* Drive service excellence and consistent client outcomes
* Provide technical, strategic and commercial input to colleagues
* Oversee client strategy
* Maintain senior-level client relationships
* Contribute to new business activity where there is a clear strategic fit
* Support succession planning and capability development
* Act as a visible leader internally and externally in the market
