What You’ll Be Doing
Leading from the front, you’ll take ownership of a 360 temp desk while also contributing to the wider success of the team.
Your responsibilities will include:
Building and developing strong client relationships across schools and education settings
Driving new business and expanding key accounts through strategic engagement
Using innovative marketing tools to grow your desk and candidate network
Supporting, mentoring, and influencing less experienced consultants
Leading by example in candidate attraction, retention, and service delivery
Ensuring high standards of compliance and safeguarding
Contributing to team performance, culture, and ongoing growth strategy
Thriving in a fast-paced, high-performance environment with clear progression
