The Restaurant is located within our Audley Retirement village, which features a health club, library, fine dining restaurant, bar, and luxury suites. Audley villages consist of owners who reside on-site in private homes and also host external customers. We offer everything from simple to fine cuisine, in beautiful settings within heritage buildings, served by the very best staff. Role Overview: Waiter / Waitress
As our Waiter / Waitress, you will ensure that Audley Owners and External Customers receive the highest quality of service and experience. Your efforts will ensure that guests enjoying our exceptional food and surroundings at our restaurant and bistro are welcomed warmly and served seamlessly.
Your responsibilities include taking reservations, seating guests, advising on the menu, serving afternoon tea, promoting the village and our luxury spa, sharing a joke with regulars, assisting with guest suite service, answering owners' inquiries, monitoring stock levels, helping set up for special events, and maintaining cleanliness throughout the venue.
The Ideal Candidate
* Previous experience in hospitality and cash handling (preferably).
* Prides themselves on attention to detail and quality.
* Possesses a 'can do' attitude and is organized to ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
* Self-motivated, driven by high standards and sales opportunities.
* Eager to learn and grow professionally.
* Flexible and hands-on approach to daily duties and shifts.
* Warm, professional, empathetic, and well-presented.
