Job Title: IT Support Engineer Location: Leeds & Bolton (Hybrid 3 days on-site, 2 days WFH) Salary: Up to £35k middle has exclusively partnered with a growing IT provider who are looking for an IT Support Engineer to support their clients across two key sites within a 50-mile radius. This is a hybrid role, with three days per week on-site and two days working from home. Youll be supporting around 150 end users across both locationsdelivering high-quality technical support and contributing to hands-on project work. Key Responsibilities: Respond to support tickets ranging from 1st to 3rd line issues, resolving a broad mix of technical challenges both remotely and on-site Troubleshoot and resolve issues with desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and business applications Provide expert support for Microsoft 365, Intune, and mobile device management (MDM) platforms Perform basic network diagnostics (Wi-Fi, DNS, DHCP) Deliver clear, professional support to end-users, including VIP stakeholders Accurately document incidents and resolutions in the ticketing system Monitor system performance and proactively address potential issues Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent service delivery Get involved in project worksupporting rollouts, migrations, and infrastructure improvements Key Skills & Experience: Proven 1st/2nd line IT support experience, with exposure to 3rd line or project-based work Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365, Intune, and MDM solutions Confident supporting Windows 10/11 desktop environments Solid understanding of basic networking concepts Excellent communication skills and a professional, client-facing approach Self-motivated and able to manage your time effectively across multiple locations Full UK driving licence is essential What Youll Get: Hybrid working: 3 days on-site, 2 days from home Exposure to hands-on project work and a wide range of tech environments A varied, client-facing role with real autonomy Supportive, collaborative team culture with room to grow middle and our clients are committed to creating a fair and inclusive recruitment process.
