We have an exciting opportunity for an innovative and creative marketing professional to join our Marketing and Communications team.

Our Marketing Campaigns Officer will support the Group Marketing Manager in the development and delivery of marketing strategies, that contribute to the Colleges’ and CCG’s growth, priorities and objectives for stakeholder engagement and student recruitment.

You will plan, create and implement targeted campaigns and events, resulting in positive customer and stakeholder relationships to raise awareness and enhance the Colleges’ and Group’s reputation and market share.

In addition, you will provide on-campus marketing support for local events, activities, campaigns, initiatives and communications. As our Marketing Campaigns Officer, you will work within an established brand and lead the development of multi-channel marketing campaigns. Alongside this, you will work with other members of the Marketing team to integrate focused activity across our websites, social media platforms and maximise exposure through PR and media opportunities. Due to the nature of the job, some evening and weekend work may be required.

It is essential that you have experience running integrated marketing campaigns and managing associated budgets, suppliers and deadlines. Managing and motivating a team member is also desirable. For full criteria please see the job description.

25 days annual leave, increasing to 28 days in line with continuous service, plus bank holidays and college closure days over the Christmas period which are not deducted from annual leave entitlement and a wellbeing day. Plus, the opportunity to purchase up to 5 days additional leave.
