Your new role
As an Executive Assistant within the Equity Sales and Trading team, you will provide high-level administrative support to senior stakeholders in a fast‑paced, high‑performing environment. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
1. Proactive diary and inbox management
2. Coordination and organisation of internal and external events
3. End‑to‑end travel arrangements
4. Processing and reconciling expenses
5. Providing support with day-to-day ad‑hoc requests to ensure seamless team operations
What you'll need to succeed
6. Previous experience in a similar role within a financial services environment
7. Strong proficiency in Outlook and the wider Microsoft Office suite
8. Familiarity with corporate expense management systems
9. A collaborative, team‑oriented approach
10. A polished, professional demeanour and excellentmunication skills
