Main Purpose of The Role: Lead a team of Operational Account Executives, driving Operational performance in respect of a collection of vendor accounts across various aspects of the central remarketing process. This will include Inventory control, accuracy and completeness of vehicles descriptions, allocation to sales program and vendor relationship management, communication, service levels, dispute resolutions and income recovery. Pro-actively identify opportunities to drive volume and performance in collaboration with internal stakeholders’ whist delivering service excellence. Key Responsibilities: Leading and developing a team of account executives and administrators Collaborating with peers to ensure operational consistency across the business Visiting sites to work closely with direct reports & Centre Operations colleagues on quality control, inventory management, and dispute resolution Managing vehicle allocation and unsold inventory with a focus on maximising returns Ensuring sales entries and stock management meet quality and performance standards Delivering on vendor SLAs and ensuring accurate invoicing and chargebacks Handling vendor feedback with a solutions-oriented mindset Establish and nurture strong relationships with all customers to drive operational performance and revenue growth Travel to attend customer reviews, meetings and sales where appropriate to further enhance relationships and drive operational excellence Knowledge and Experience Required: Knowledge and experience of core BCA systems and operational activities Experience of managing a team across multiple locations A strong background in customer relationship management and service delivery Attention to detail and a disciplined, performance-drive approach Familiarity with the wholesale automotive industry and fast-paced environments Good knowledge of and ability to use Microsoft Products As the automotive industry changes, we’re changing with it - putting our people in the front seat for the journey.
