RG Consultancy are currently supporting an excellent client in their search for an accounts assistant, who will be responsible for covering the transactional processing for the finance team.
The role will include the duties outlined below and will suit a candidate who has a strong transactional background, with experience on both sales and purchase ledger.
Duties:
* Posting purchase ledger invoices
* Bank reconciliations
* Credit control and debt recovery, ensuring payments are received
* Recovering and managing debt
* Sales and purchase cash posting and allocation
* Processing creditor payment runs
* Processing weekly and monthly reports
* Processing expense claims
* Month end procedures
