About the Role:
As ASB Resolution Team Specialist you will manage and take ownership of a caseload of high level complex ASB cases, ensuring we achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction that we can.
Key responsibilities include:
●Day to day case management of all ASB cases for all tenures across the group. Ability to be able to read and interpret tenancy agreements and leases to ensure we are managing ASB correctly according to tenure.
●Draft & Serve NSP’s
●Prepare witness statements which will be relied upon in court.
●Work with our in-house legal team and be able to represent A2Dominion at court.
●Be a trained mediator, undertake the relevant professional qualification (if haven’t already received), and assist in mediation cases.
●Attend multi agency ASB meetings relating to case management, and the safety/protection of the community.
●Build relationships with external teams all boroughs.
●Support victims and alleged perpetrators of ASB. Giving advice, making referrals and trying to best support both sides through the life of a case, and beyond.
●Provide advice to the wider business on AS
More about you:
●Full clean UK driving license and own vehicle ●Experience of managing ASB or housing management in a private or public housing sector.
●Experience of drafting court and legal paperwork, and representation at court
●Experience of adopting a continuous improvement approach and adapting to change
●Outstanding communication skills with residents and internal stakeholders across the business
●Knowledge of current housing and ASB legislation and up to date case law
●Ability to plan and monitor workload and cases
●Ability to analyse information in order to draw logical conclusions
●Has (or willing to study for) CIH Membership or equivalent suitable qualification
●Excellent IT skills
●Educated to GCSE level or equivalent in Math's and English (Grades A*- C)
