Hours: 40 hours - 5 days per week
Salary: Level 3 - £29,660.80 per annum plus a £1000 welcome bonus

Your Role
We are on the lookout for a passionate Nursery Practitioner to join our dedicated team. If you have a love for early years education and a Level 3 Childcare qualification, we want to hear from you! This full-time role involves flexible shifts between 7:30 am and 6:30 pm, Monday to Friday, all year round.

Your Responsibilities
As a Nursery Practitioner, you will:
* Ensure each child’s individual needs are met, delivering high-quality care and education in a safe and nurturing environment.
* Observe, assess, and plan engaging early years activities that support each child’s unique learning and development.
* Collaborate with your team, demonstrating a flexible attitude and a willingness to learn new skills.
* Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring they are regularly reviewed and applied.
* Follow risk assessments diligently and report any health and safety matters to management.
* Support the holistic development of children, including their physical, intellectual, social, and emotional growth.

What You Need
To thrive in this role, you will need:
* Full and relevant Level 3 childcare qualification - essential
* Fluency in written and spoken English - essential
* Over 1 year’s experience in Early Years - desirable
* Knowledge of the Statutory framework for the EYFS and regulatory requirements - desirable
