The Best Connection is currently recruiting experienced Automotive Polishers to join a well-established automotive manufacturer based in South Birmingham. This is a fantastic opportunity for skilled candidates to secure a temporary to permanent position, subject to a successful skills test.
Key Responsibilities
* Polishing and finishing automotive body panels to a high standard
* Using polishing equipment, compounds, and materials effectively
* Inspecting completed work to ensure a flawless finish before handover
* Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised working environment
✅ Requirements
* Previous experience in automotive polishing (essential)
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
⏰ Hours of Work
* 06:00 - 14:00 or 14:00 - 22:00
* Monday to Friday
Pay Rate
* £13.25 - £13.75 per hour
