The Role We are seeking a Production Project Manager to join our Production team. In this role, you will be responsible for executing production projects, ensuring that they are delivered on time, in the correct sequence, and to the highest quality standards. You will work closely with the Head of Projects & Planning and cross-functional teams to turn plans into buildable reality. This is a hands-on role: while you won’t own project scope or customer delivery, you will be accountable for how and when production projects are built, driving efficiency and consistency on the shop floor. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute production build plans in line with programme schedules and team resources. Lead day-to-day build delivery across all production departments. Manage build sequencing, work-in-progress, and production flow to prevent delays and inefficiencies. Coordinate cross-functional teams including build, supply chain, quality, and engineering. Quickly identify and resolve shop-floor issues and production risks. Provide clear visibility of production status, risks, and constraints to the Head of Projects & Planning. Support assessment of engineering or customer changes and their impact on production. Drive continuous improvement in build efficiency, repeatability, and quality. Person Specification Proven experience in production, manufacturing, or vehicle build delivery. Experience in high-performance automotive, motorsport, or low-volume manufacturing. Strong understanding of production processes and environments. Hands-on, delivery-focused mindset with excellent problem-solving under pressure. Skilled at coordinating multiple teams in fast-paced, high-complexity settings. Strong communicator, able to align teams and drive action clearly and concisely.
