As a SEND Early Help Worker, you will serve as the central point of contact, facilitating communication and collaboration among professionals to establish an organised approach in meeting the needs and goals of the child/young person and their family. This entails leading an early intervention process focused on identifying and meeting outcomes for children, young people, and their families.
