Are you ready to become a key figure in growing the UK business within one of Europes leading Paper Hygiene manufacturers?
Then keep reading...
Because this opportunity is about more than simply filling a sales territory.
Youll be joining a UK business entering an exciting new chapter under the leadership of a Sales Director who has spent the last six years progressing through the organisation before recently taking responsibility for the UK & Ireland market.
Now, hes building the next phase of growth.
And hes looking for a new member to join him and the UK team on that journey…
Somebody who wants to help expand the companys presence within Londons largest FM providers, cleaning contractors and commercial organisations.
At the same time, youll represent one of the industrys most compelling sustainability propositions, backed by a business operating in more than 70 countries worldwide and recognised as one of Europes leading manufacturers within the washroom and hygiene sector.
But thats not all...
The people who perform here arent simply expected to deliver results.
Just like your Sales Director, Daniel, they’re given the opportunity to grow alongside the business itself - and he wants that for you too!
------------------------------------------------------------
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
In short: Youll be responsible for winning new business, securing dispenser installations and helping grow the companys presence within Londons largest FM providers and cleaning contractors.
How do you achieve that?
Youll spend your time identifying opportunities across the FM and contract cleaning sector, building relationships with key decision makers and uncovering opportunities to replace existing washroom systems with more sustainable, cost-effective alternatives.
This isnt transactional selling.
Youll be developing opportunities over time, influencing multiple stakeholders and turning successful trials into long-term recurring business.
If you enjoy opening doors, creating opportunities and seeing the direct impact of your work, youll thrive in this environment.
------------------------------------------------------------
WHERE YOULL BE DOING IT
Youll be joining one of Europes largest independent manufacturers within the washroom, tissue and hygiene sector.
With more than 1,700 employees, operations spanning over 70 countries and annual revenues exceeding £550m globally, the business combines the stability of a major international manufacturer with the agility of an SME sized UK function.
In the UK alone, the company generates approximately £50 million in annual turnover and is continuing to invest heavily in expanding its presence across various channels.
But what truly sets the business apart, however, is its unique sustainability proposition.
Through a patented circular economy process, the company transforms used cartons into both tissue products and washroom dispensers; creating a genuinely differentiated solution that helps customers reduce waste, lower consumption and improve environmental performance.
In short…
Youll be representing a market-leading manufacturer with a story thats genuinely different from the competition.

WHAT YOU NEED TO APPLY
Youll be a proactive, commercially minded new business specialist who enjoys creating opportunities rather than waiting for them.
You’ll have experience within or selling into facilities management companies or related service providers, with a good understanding of how these markets operate.
You don’t need paper hygiene/system experience…
Your experience can come from selling cleaning chemicals, washroom solutions, hygiene consumables, janitorial products, cleaning machines or similar products… or even from working within an FM company itself!
Youll be comfortable engaging Facilities Managers, Contract Managers, Operations Managers, Procurement/Sustainability teams and other stakeholders responsible for cleaning, washroom and hygiene decisions.
Youre equally comfortable conducting a site survey, running a product trial or presenting a commercial proposal to a prospective customer.
Location wise, you will be located in the London area or on the outskirts to allow for reasonable commuting for customers visits.
