Who we need
A creative and fast-thinking motion designer to help us make first-class content for our clients. Our company is growing, and we’re looking for someone to help strengthen our delivery to high-profile sports and broadcast clients.
The right person will have:
* A strong interest in video, sports & childrens content
* Expertise using After Effects & other elements of Adobe CC
* Experience in short-form & fast-turnaround content
* Brilliant creative & storytelling ideas
* Great technical knowledge
* Top organisation & communication skills
* Passion to learn & develop
* Flexibility to work on and around live event schedules
* Ability to travel as required
You’ll receive plenty of direction and feedback, but will need to be able to manage your own time and problem-solve around creative and technical challenges as they arise.
We have a hybrid working model, with time every week spent in our office in New Mills. As we work on live events there will be times when evening/weekend work and travelling away from home will be required, but we’ll always seek to give you the best opportunities to grow and develop your skills and encourage a healthy work/life balance.

The role
* Job Title: Motion Designer
* Salary: £33,625-£38,879 per annum depending on experience
* Contract: Fixed Term Contract till 31 December 2026 (full-time and part-time considered)
