Our client, a global pharmaceutical company, is currently looking for a Senior Benefits Specialist to join their team in Chester on a full time, 12-month temporary basis (35 hours per week).This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a track record of professional Benefits/HR practice to join an innovative and fast paced pharmaceutical company.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee total Benefits projects and programs such as health & welfare, leaves/absence and incentivesProvide and review salary data to ensure competitive positioning within the marketAct as primary point of contact for any rewards queries, guiding employees on complex benefits as necessaryImplement and develop benefits/rewards systems change requirements and support ongoing enhancementsRequirementsStrong Benefits/HR experience preferably within a global pharmaceutical companyGreat knowledge of HR policies and processesStrong analytical skills and the ability to maintain strong working relationshipsExcellent communication skillsPark Street People Ltd is an Equal Opportunities Employer.
