Client Service Manager – Key Responsibilities
This role plays a central part in supporting Financial Planners and ensuring clients receive a high standard of service.
Core Responsibilities
* Act as the main point of contact for clients, handling calls, emails, and in-person meetings.
* Organise and prepare client meetings, including documentation, reports, and valuations.
* Maintain accurate client files and back-office systems in line with compliance requirements.
* Liaise with clients, providers, and advisers to progress new business and ongoing servicing.
* Manage the Annual Review process, ensuring all client packs and follow-up actions are completed.
* Support wider business functions, including events, communications, and general office administration.
* Contribute to team meetings and provide regular management updates.
