The Permanent Division of Robert Half is currently recruiting for a Senior Credit Controller and Credit Controller for an outsourced service business with offices in Ware, Hertfordshire.
The Role
As Senior and Credit Controller you will be tasked with supporting the Credit Manager with the ongoing improvement and development of the credit collection procedures for the business during an exciting period of growth. Day to day duties will consist of:
1. Managing & improving the collections of their ledger.
2. Allocating cash
3. Sending copy invoices and statements
4. Monitoring the shared inbox
5. Communicate effectively with customers to resolve payment issues and disputes.
6. Maintain and repair relationships with customers.
7. Contribute to the team's objective of minimising the aged debt.
8. Agree payment plans with customers.
9. Competency using customer portals, creating clear process documentation for billing/CC.
10. Liaising with other departments for smooth resolutions
Your Profile
The Senior Credit Controller will require an experienced individual who is used to working in a fast paced credit control team and with the ability to work with customers both easy and difficult in order to resolve queries. The Credit Controller is more junior and will require up to 2 years of experience or an individual from a customer service/call centre environment who is looking for their first move into a finance related role.

Salary and Benefits
Ware based role of Senior Credit Controller is £30-35K Credit Controller is 25-30K and working on a Hybrid Basis with excellent benefits.
