Head of Maintenance
Location: Birmingham, Worcester & Malvern (Travel Required)
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent / start with immediate effect
Salary: £30,000 per annum
On-Target Earnings: Up to £5,000 bonus (see Compensation & Benefits)

Hours: Full-Time, Monday to Friday, 9:00am 6:00pm (some weekend working required see below)
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and ambitious Head of Maintenance to lead property operations across our growing portfolio in Birmingham, Worcester, and Malvern. This is a senior role that is currently very hands-on and you will be working directly on properties day-to-day, carrying out maintenance, repairs, and project work alongside any existing team members.
As the business takes on larger projects over the next six to twelve months, the role will naturally evolve to encompass subcontractor management and, in time, oversight of a growing in-house team. We are looking for someone who is equally comfortable getting stuck in on the tools today as they are building and managing a team tomorrow.
