Agricultural Property Solicitor / 1 PQE / Lancashire / £35,000 DOE / An outstanding opportunity has arisen to join a respected Agricultural Department, working alongside leading Partners who are widely recognised as experts within the sector – To apply please call Teagan on 0161 850 0745 and quote Job Ref: 2872 OVERVIEW: • Advising farmers, landowners, estates and agri-businesses on a broad range of agricultural and rural property matters • Handling high quality transactions including the sale and purchase of farms, land, woodlands and landed estates • Managing agricultural secured lending matters • Negotiating and drafting documentation relating to renewable energy projects • Advising on agricultural tenancies, easements and option and pre-emption agreements • Working closely with experienced Partners on complex and specialist instructions • Building and maintaining strong, long standing client relationships within the rural sector • A minimum of 1 years’ PQE with experience in agricultural or estates-related property transactions • Confident managing files with appropriate supervision and keen to develop specialist expertise • Experience in renewable energy, secured lending or rural rights (e.g. mines and minerals, sporting rights or commons) advantageous but not essential • Strong communication skills with the ability to build trusted relationships with clients and professional contacts • Proactive, commercially aware and genuinely interested in agricultural and rural property work • A collaborative team player with a client focused approach • Competitive salary and attractive benefits package • High quality specialist work with an excellent work-life balance HOW TO APPLY: Contact Teagan Portas at eNL on 0113 320 0575 / 0161 850 0745 or email teagan.portas@enllegal.co.uk with your CV, or simply call for a confidential discussion. eNL will never share your CV with a third party without your express permission.
